Since the incorporation of the Esopus Foundation Ltd. in 2003, we have asked contemporary artists to create limited editions that we offer in exchange for donations. Revenue from these artworks allows us to continue our mission of providing an unmediated, accessible forum for artists and the general public.

These limited editions are not for sale; therefore, a portion of their value is tax-deductible per the Internal Revenue Code. Donors will receive an email receipt for their records.

The New York–based artist created this special signed-and-numbered edition of  “See It Loud,” a stunning 16 x 16" foldout poster for Esopus 4. The work is printed on a revolutionary tissue-thin stock similar to the vellum Maier uses for her ink- and-woodstain drawings.

Munich-born artist Ati Maier received an M.F.A. at the Hochschule für Angewandte Kunst in Vienna, Austria. Her work has been featured in solo exhibitions at the Dogenhaus Galerie in Leipzig, the John Berggruen Gallery in San Francisco, and Brooklyn’s Pierogi Gallery, among others. She has also exhibited work in group shows at the Whitney Museum, the St. Louis Art Museum, and other spaces in the U.S. and Europe. She lives in Brooklyn and New Mexico.
